Returns and Exchanges
While we're here to celebrate the unique you and deliver an exceptional experience for you, we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we're here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, and all item/s must ship back to us within 20 days once your return request is accepted.
You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition with no visible signs of wear or use
- All returned items must have original tags and labels attached and returned in original packaging. Any items shipped in another providers box or envelope and without its paper wrapping will not be eligible for a return
- All returned items must be neatly folded and placed in its original 100% recycled paper it was received in
- All final sale items and are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Shipping and restocking fee of $10 will apply
